With its red shining river bed, it offers an ideal photo-motif. Our next stop is after about 40 minutes at the Soruape. This is a river with a natural water slide that drives us about 30 m downstream. We then drive to the Pacheco waterfall and our guide will tell us the unique vegetation of this area. Of the 18 carnivorous plant families worldwide, there are 5 families in the Gran Sabana! Nowhere else in the world is there more carnivorous plant species and orchid species than here! The penultimate stop is a view point, which the Indians call a place of desire. Whether your wish is fulfilled there is one thing but the panorama view on the savannah, the forest and the table mountains is huge! The overnight stay is Rápidos Kamoiran with an Indian family in the National Park Canaima.
